Autumn was very easy to talk to. I also appreciated the way she was able to use her expertise with what I was creating and offer gentle suggestions. She was never pushy in a sense saying I “should” do something - they were also offered rather in suggestion form. For example, she referred back to a previous project she had done for someone else and how the addition of page numbers and a TOC made everything so much easier to follow. At first I declined the addition, later saying yes to adding it. Small additions, make a big difference. When I was flipping through my own book at the conference, I was able to have a FULL appreciation for addition of those same page numbers :)
